Approximate longest stint without it: Slightly over a week (I tried to see how long I could go once before). Method: Hand. Yes, one. -- Let's get one thing out of the way... The word mastrubation can't be used. I just don't like it. From here on out, we're using the fabulous term "Eleven" (mastrubating = elevening). If you're curious, it was coined by me and my friends. There are juicier details, but I don't want to gross anyone out. The Rules... 1. No mastrubation (to reach orgasm or not). None. At all. 2. No avoiding sexual things. Just be natural. 3. Record feelings everyday. No time/length requirements. Just do it. 4.
